Requirements
- Lead the technical development of AI-powered prototypes and MVPs solving user and business problems
- Build full-stack solutions that are usable, desirable, and fit into our existing tech landscape
- Work hands-on with LLMs, APIs, toolchains, vector DBs and more – from prompt engineering to evaluation
- Translate ideas into functioning UX – fast
- Collaborate directly with brand stakeholders (product, editorial, tech) and management board to shape solutions that matter
- Champion a build-measure-learn culture: test fast, fail smart, iterate quickly
- Mentor other engineers and foster technical excellence and curiosity
Scope of Work
- Expert-level experience with Generative AI and LLMs – using APIs (e.g. OpenAI) or building with open-source models
- Strong full-stack engineering skills – frontend, backend, and system integration
- Experience with: LangChain, RAG, TTS, STT, MCP, vector databases, prompt tuning
- A product mindset: you care about value, usability, and speed, not overengineering
- A passion for experimentation, and the pragmatism to throw ideas away when they don’t work
