Lead Fullstack Engineer AI

• Strong full-stack engineering skills – frontend, backend, and system integration (Typescript, Javascript, Vue.js, React.js)
• Experience with cloud engineering (AWS, Docker, Terraform)
• A product mindset: you care about value, usability, and speed, not overengineering 
• Experience with: LangChain, RAG, TTS, STT, MCP, vector databases, prompt tuning

• Lead the technical development of AI-powered prototypes and MVPs solving user and business problems

• Work hands-on with LLMs, APIs, toolchains, vector DBs and more – from prompt engineering to evaluation 
• Translate ideas into functioning UX – fast 
• Collaborate directly with brand stakeholders (product, editorial, tech) and management board to shape solutions that matter 
• Champion a build-measure-learn culture: test fast, fail smart, iterate quickly 
• Mentor other engineers and foster technical excellence and curiosity
