Backend Engineer - SAP Commerce Cloud (f/m/x)

• You develop state-of-the-art software solutions for our e-commerce beauty platform as part of the largest European SAP Commerce Cloud project.
• You engineer, improve & maintain the e-commerce backbone of our system landscape.
• You work in a product driven team setup with experienced and professional colleagues.
• You are in close contact with your IT colleagues and understand the needs and requirements of a high-performance, secure and stable platform operation.

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

• Several years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer (f/m/d) or in a similar role
• Sounded experience in working with eCommerce applications, preferably SAP Commerce Cloud
• Experience in creating, deploying and analyzing e-commerce-applications
• Experience in designing, creating, deploying and improving micro services in complex cloud architectures
• A firm understanding and practical experience in tools and processes to ensure software quality, such as Unit Tests, TDD and Test Automation
• You are comfortable in complex environments and are able to deal with ambiguities
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams in an international and agile environment
• Strong communication skills in English, German language skills are a plus
• Following things are a plus:
   ○ You have experience in using AI applications in your daily work
   ○ You have a basic understanding of frontends with technologies like TypeScript, React, Node.js
   ○ Devops knowledge, e.g. modifying build and deployment pipelines
