

Technical Consultant with German at SD Worx
Requirements
• Excellent German and good English skills
• A degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a completed commercial apprenticeship in a similar field
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Client, networks, and databases (MS-SQL, Oracle, AS400)
• Experience: Confident use of MS Office, especially MS Excel and pivot tables
• Initial professional experience in the payroll field is an advantage
Scope of Work
• Finding solutions for technical customer inquiries regarding the Accurat HCM payroll software
• Monitoring and ensuring smooth payroll processing
• Troubleshooting software issues for customers
• Supporting system setup for new and existing clients
• Actively contributing to the further development and optimization of service processes
