Requirements
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team developing cutting-edge AI solutions for regulated industries, particularly healthcare. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for our secure, on-premise AI platform.
Essential Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in Kubernetes cluster management and orchestration
- Extensive experience with Docker containerization and container orchestration
- Proficiency with Helm for Kubernetes package management
- Strong Linux system administration skills
- Very good English communication skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Understanding of security best practices, especially for regulated environments
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TypeScript for infrastructure tooling
- Python scripting for automation and tooling
- Shell scripting expertise for system automation
- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance and healthcare data security requirements
- Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles
- Experience with new product development in a startup environment
- German language skills are a nice plus but not essential
Scope of Work
- Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters for our AI platform
- Develop and optimize Docker containerization strategies for our applications
- Create and maintain Helm charts for application deployment
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other tools
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment processes
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations, especially in healthcare
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management tasks
- Support on-premise deployments for healthcare clients
