Growing the next generation of leadership

At Picnic, we don’t just build software in-house, we grow our leaders too. 🌱

Through our Tech Academy, we’ve launched a Tech Lead Learning Path to help engineers take the leap from individual contributor to leader. It’s a mix of in-house courses, external training, and mentorship, giving future leads the tools and confidence to succeed.

The first group just finished, and their takeaways were clear.
