Your Role
- Take ownership of smaller projects and features under the guidance of senior data scientists
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate models and insights into the product
- Support improvements in data workflows and processes
- Participate in technical discussions and bring forward analytical ideas and observations
Requirements
You Have
- A strong academic background in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
- Solid understanding of statistical modelling, experimentation, and data analysis
- Experience with Python and SQL, gained through coursework, research projects, or internships
- Familiarity with machine learning tools such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bonus Points
- Academic or internship experience with ML pipelines or cloud environments
- Exposure to incentive systems, gaming environments, or user behaviour datasets
- Interest in experimentation, automation, or consumer-facing digital products
