As our Creative Gen AI Architect, you are the engine behind our creative efficiency. You won't just be using tools, you will be building the systems that define the future of our visual output. Your mission is to outperform traditional workflows by leveraging cutting edge AI to create high impact assets at scale.

What You'll Do

• Architect Automated Pipelines: Build and manage sophisticated, node-based automation workflows and AI agents to move from prompt to production with minimal manual friction.
• Scale Creative Production: Produce high performance video ads and social assets by integrating AI generated characters, motion, and voice synthesis.
• Model Fine-Tuning: Train and apply LoRAs and fine-tune models to ensure absolute brand, product, and character consistency across all media.
• Technical Integration: Work with technical leads to integrate AI models via APIs and custom scripts into our internal Digital Asset Management (DAM) and UGC tools.
• Performance-Driven Iteration: Deploy AI agents to handle rapid localization and asset optimization, testing thousands of variations based on real-time data from our UA and Data teams.
• R&D & Benchmarking: Maintain an industry-leading grip on the AI landscape, instantly testing new releases (image, video, and audio) to keep our environment cutting-edge.

• UA Strategy: A dedicated UA Manager to provide instant feedback on creative performance and scale winning assets globally.
• Data Science: Full access to our Data Department to build data backed frameworks for your next generation of prompts.
• Creative Excellence: Direct collaboration with Art Directors and Designers to ensure AI outputs meet high aesthetic standards while identifying manual tasks ripe for automation.

Do you have experience in Node.js?, * Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in the full AI stack: image (Midjourney/Flux), video (Runway/Kling/Veo), and audio (ElevenLabs).

• Workflow Engineering: Proven ability to build multi-step generation chains and reusable prompt systems that are scalable and repeatable.
• Post-Production Innovation: Hands-on experience with AI lip-syncing, face-audio alignment and localization pipelines.
• Developer Mindset: A strong understanding of software fundamentals, including AI-assisted coding, databases, and API integrations.
• Passion-Led Curiosity: AI generation is your personal hobby. You experiment with new models and techniques before they hit the mainstream.
