Software Developers

• Develop and maintain features for client-facing applications
• Work directly with U.S. clients in meetings, stand-ups, and technical discussions
• Implement solutions based on functional and technical requirements
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Debug issues and contribute to system improvements
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and client teams
• Adapt to different industries, codebases, and technologies as projects change

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience
• Native-level or near-native English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals
• Experience with at least one modern programming language or framework
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable receiving feedback and improving based on reviews
• Experience working remotely or with international teams is a plus
