Backend Developer

•  Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs 
•  Build integrations between internal systems, third-party services, and client platforms 
•  Collaborate directly with U.S.-based clients to understand technical and business requirements 
•  Optimize backend performance, database queries, and application stability 
•  Troubleshoot production issues and improve existing services 
•  Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning 
•  Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders in a fully remote environment 
•  Maintain code quality, security, and development best practices 
•  Support deployment processes and ongoing system improvements 

•  3–5 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer 
•  Excellent English communication skills are required — near-native or native-level fluency is the most important requirement for this role 
•  Comfortable working directly with U.S.-based clients in a client-facing environment 
•  Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or Go 
•  Experience designing and building REST APIs and backend services 
•  Strong understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis 
•  Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP 
•  Understanding of microservices, authentication, and system integration 
•  Familiar with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows 
•  Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code 
•  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment

•  Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration tools

•  Previous consulting or agency experience
