Job description
- Build and maintain modern web applications and frontend user interfaces
- Work directly with U.S.-based clients to understand product and business requirements
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders in a fully remote environment
- Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-quality frontend experiences
- Integrate frontend applications with APIs and backend systems
- Troubleshoot UI issues, bugs, and frontend performance problems
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and project planning
- Maintain frontend best practices, code quality, and reusable component structures
- Work across different industries and project types depending on client needs
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer
- Excellent English communication skills are required — near-native or native-level fluency is the most important requirement for this role
- Comfortable working directly with U.S.-based clients in a client-facing environment
- Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js
- Strong understanding of responsive design, UI development, and frontend architecture
- Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services
- Familiar with state management libraries and modern frontend workflows
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern styling approaches
- Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and user-focused code
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar UI libraries
- Experience with frontend performance optimization
- Experience working with design systems and Figma
- Previous consulting or agency experience
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress
- Exposure to AI-integrated applications or modern web platforms
