The B2B Architecture & Design Chapter is part of the B2B Portfolio & Go-To-Market Tribe and the B2B Value Management & Analytics Tribe. - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Designers and Solution Architects, focusing on B2B domain
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented chapter culture
- Define and enforce solution architecture standards across squads and initiatives
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals
- Collaborate closely with product and tech leadership to drive agile delivery and architectural excellence
Do you bring strong leadership experience and enjoy developing and guiding high-performing teams? *
Do you have deep expertise in modern architecture styles like microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native design? *
Requirements
Are you experienced (7-10 years) with application development, integration, APIs, and cloud platforms--especially AWS? *
Do you bring Telco B2B domain experience with you? This would be a great advantage! *
Can you translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant language? *
Do you excel in stakeholder communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution?
