Job description
- Define test concepts and test specifications for IBC modules in cooperation with the design and application team
- Develop innovative testing methods for high current testing and defect screening on IBC modules
- Design product specific test hardware for final test and develop test software (C#,C++,Python)
- Develop and execute complex test plans, test cases, and test scripts for IBC products, including characterization, validation, and verification of product functionality
- Analyze and troubleshoot test results, identifying and debugging issues and implementing corrective actions
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability and manufacturability of IBC products
- Identify and introduce improvement possibilities to realize test time and cost optimization
- Transfer test packages to our production sites
- Provide production ramp-up support and work on yield improvements/test setup optimization

Requirements
- A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or comparable
- Comprehensive work experience in IBC module test within the semiconductor industry (5-10 years)
- Expertise in IBC module testing with hands on lab experience is a must
- Solid skills in analog electronic circuits and coding (C#,C++,Python)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with industry-standard test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, signal generators
- Fluent English skill, German/Italian skills or willingness to learn it as a plus

The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
