Forward Deployed Engineer*

The ideal candidate will have strong development expertise, a solid technical background, and the ability to break down complex business and technical challenges into manageable components, apply structured problem-solving techniques, and deliver practical, scalable solutions. You should also be able to understand and influence system architecture, data flows, and compliance requirements.

1. Solution Customization

• Deploy, customize, and integrate AI-driven solutions and workflow platforms.
• Customize and optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and compliance.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.

2. Collaboration & Advisory

• Partner with internal product, data, and process engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for AI adoption and digital transformation.
• Drive acceleration across departments to foster innovation and adoption of advanced technologies.

3. Operational Excellence

• Monitor and maintain deployed solutions, ensuring reliability and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to enhance client solutions.

• Proficiency in AI Foundry or similar AI platforms
• Strong programming experience in Java, Python, and C#
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform for low-code/no-code solutions
• Expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration of deploying backend services
• Solid understanding of data pipeline development and management technical competencies
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance in enterprise environments
• Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Certifications in Azure, AI/ML, or Power Platform
• Experience with enterprise-scale deployments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences

We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at EUR45.811,22 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
