Job description
- Support the L&D team in designing modern and engaging user interfaces for e-learning courses, ensuring an enhanced user experience.
- Collaborate with the Web Content Manager and external companies to implement user interface designs for e-learning courses published on platforms such as EU-Learn and Moodle.
- Assist in the creation and updating of visual identities for new training programs and rebranding existing programs to reinforce their graphical style.
- Work with the Learning Center team on improving the usability of the Learning Center in Drupal CMS.
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of communication materials, such as newsletters and other graphical elements.
- Support video training recordings and post-production, including the preparation of closed captions for accessibility.
- Provide mentoring and training for other team members on graphical tools and techniques used within EEAS.
- Participate in technical improvement meetings with platform administrators, gathering feedback and suggesting improvements.
- Create and manage visual materials such as images, illustrations, and infographics for training and communication purposes.
- Maintain a comprehensive documentation repository, ensuring all interface designs and graphical work are properly documented.
- Provide additional support for various activities carried out by the L&D team.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Usability?, * User Interface Design: Proven experience in designing user interfaces for e-learning courses, including visual prototypes, storyboarding, and final implementation on LMS platforms.

Visual Identity: Expertise in creating and updating visual identities for digital campaigns, including offline channels such as banners and brochures.

UI Design Tools: Proficiency in UI design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.

Brand Redesign: Experience in rebranding long-term training campaigns and visual identities to align with evolving needs.

CMS and LMS Systems: Familiarity with CMS and LMS platforms, especially for e-learning course publishing.

Problem Solving: Ability to apply problem-solving skills to find quick and efficient solutions to challenges that arise in a project.

Project Management Tools: Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar, along with classical Microsoft Office tools.
Specific expertise
- At least 3 years of experience in user interface design for e-learning, including the complete lifecycle from visual prototypes to final publication.
- Proven experience in creating visual identities for both digital and offline channels (e.g., banners, brochures).
- Experience in brand redesigns for training programs and visual identities.
- Solid understanding of usability principles and design best practices for e-learning environments
