Job description

We are looking for people who share our corporate values among our local and international networks and promote close relationships with our customers and internal teams. Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic CRM & Data Specialist:

CRM Management (HubSpot) - 70%

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot across different teams and activities, ensuring its alignment with business processes.
  • Define and implement nurturing strategies to engage prospects and customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns: segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Design, optimize, and monitor workflows and pipelines for lead management, conversion, and after-sales support.
  • Manage HubSpot integrations with other digital tools (website, marketing tools, etc.).
  • Structure and evolve the CRM data model (custom properties, objects, pipelines, etc.) to ensure consistency, scalability, and business relevance.
  • Ensure data quality (cleaning, deduplication) and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Digital Solutions & IT

  • Act as a business specialist for the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of digital tools and IT solutions used by the teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, operational efficiency, and digital platforms.
  • Manage tools and platforms used by the teams (e.g., website CMS, marketing tools, internal tools, etc.).

How do we imagine our future CRM & Data Specialist?

Customer Experience (CX)

  • Oversee NPS surveys and maintain associated dashboards and reporting.
  • Monitor survey performance to ensure reliable and representative customer feedback.
  • Develop new approaches to collect customer insights, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify friction points, unmet needs, and improvement opportunities throughout the journey.
  • Work with relevant teams to prioritize and implement data-driven CX improvements.

Data Analytics

  • Define and drive the tracking and analytics strategy for digital platforms.
  • Ensure accurate collection of behavioral and engagement data to inform business decisions.
  • Work with internal teams to define KPIs and reporting needs.
  • Use data to refine customer segmentation, enrich profiles, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute to a 360° customer view by integrating data into the CRM and BI tools.

Requirements

Do you have experience in UX?, * Analytical mindset, with experience in data analytics and reporting tools.

  • Experience with digital tools (e.g., Medallia, Trustpilot, CMS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of API integrations and/or participation in CRM migration projects.
  • Knowledge of UX/CX principles.
  • Good understanding of GDPR and personal data issues.

Highly Appreciated:

  • Proven experience with HubSpot CRM (certifications are a plus).
  • Mastery of marketing automation concepts, segmentation, and workflow design.
  • Proven practice in email marketing (content, design, A/B testing, analysis).
  • Knowledge of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
