Scrum Master

You will join a large-scale agile organization within the financial sector, supporting multiple teams working on digital transformation initiatives related to credit and risk management. You'll be part of a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.

How do we imagine our future Scrum Master?

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating communication, coordination, and cooperation across squads and stakeholders within the tribe.
• Supporting the tribe in achieving its goals by ensuring a smooth and productive environment.
• Coaching the squads on delivery-related topics and promoting continuous improvement.
• Acting as Delivery Owner for initiatives or features where the cluster is in the lead.
• Promoting effective collaboration with other teams and clusters involved in related initiatives.
• Identifying and managing inter-team dependencies and risks.
• Advocating for agile principles and contributing to the organization's transformation journey.

Do you have experience in SAFe?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Education: Master's degree or equivalent by experience.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including strong expertise in agile project delivery.

Technical experience:

• Proven experience delivering projects in a scaled agile
• Ideally experienced in distributed or multi-site development

Business experience:

• Mandatory: banking or financial services
• Preferable: exposure to credit, risk, or digital channels.

Languages:

• English (mandatory) and active knowledge of at least one local language (French or Dutch) plus passive knowledge of the other., * Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Strong conflict-resolution and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to maintain a helicopter view and anticipate dependencies.
• Influence and leadership to promote agile delivery practices across the tribe.

Highly Appreciated

• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent) is a strong plus.
• Experience in large financial institutions or credit-related domains.
• Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks and distributed collaboration tools.
