Data Engineer SAP

For this Data engineer position, our client needs someone able to speak fluently French/English and Dutch. You will have a central role in coordinating the team during the project.

As a Data Engineer you will be able to:

• To collect business requirements through various requirements techniques
• To translate them into an efficient Data solution by designing data flows, data models and data stores/data sets, mapping rules, access mechanisms, …
• To analyse the best "golden" sources of data and define the business and technical rules on how to integrate them
• To prototype the solution in order to support the business validation
• To design and develop the "logical" and "physical" data models and data stores, and to industrialise the feeding and deliveries from the integrated data stores (datawarehouse, datamarts, data sets)…
• To streamline these data pipelines across the enterprise, for maximum usage throughout the company or business/function

As this position require knowledge of Data Analytics tools, certifications in SAS EG, SAP, Tableau or related technologies are a plus.

It is mandatory for candidates to have expertise in the following tools: SAS EG, Oracle, SQL. A prior experience in the banking industry and/or in project management is needed for candidates.

It is always a plus if the following tools are part of your tech stack: Python, Power BI, Excel, Sharepoint, Tableau
