The FM Digital Systems Lead is accountable for establishing and driving technology governance for how our E&PS organization utilizes our enterprise Technology platforms to drive optimal asset management practices. This includes support for both green field and brown sites along with strategic acquisition and divestiture activities.
In this role, you will serve as the main FM Systems lead for technologies by establishing standard practices and procedures that will be utilized by all E&PS functions with a focus on project delivery, facility operations and A&D activity. The FM Digital Systems lead will be the serve as the E&PS representative as part of the global enterprises Maximo Governance board to drive standardization across E&PS which enable an overall digital strategy for asset monitoring and performance.
A suitable candidate for this role will have significant experience with the eCMMS (SAP, Maximo) applications as well as experience in driving the standardization and adoption of eCMMS across our J&J business sectors. They will have experience in both external and internal strategic business partnerships and have supported eCMMS implementations and enhancements for both new and existing facilities with a strong understanding of facility operations as it pertains to asset performance and work management.
Key relationships include leading outsourced vendors and establishing clear lines of engagement with all E&PS Facility Leaders & regional leadership teams in addition to key partnerships with all functions with E&PS and EH&S.
You will be responsible for:
- Serve as the single E&PS representative on the enterprise eCMMS governance boards
- Support the global E&PS organization through the regional FM COE Management team
- Establish Asset Management technology and technical standards by working collaboratively with key E&PS & Business stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of standards across the E&PS organization with key partnerships in Project Delivery, Facility Operations and Acquisition and Divestitures and the business to ensure integration.
- Establish supplier business partnerships with OEM and preferred system integrators
- Support development of the E&PS technology roadmap to ensure all technology is fully utilized to drive increased asset performance, efficiency and standard global CMMS reports & analytics
- Actively work towards collaboration between all levels and functions within E&PS to support a "ONE" E&PS approach.
- Provide guidance and oversight for technology implementations and enhancements in alignment with asset management strategy with an operational focus.
Requirements
Do you have experience in OEM?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental studies, etc. or relevant experience is required, * A minimum of 8 years of related work experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong technical knowledge of IBM Maximo & SAP Systems
- Strong experience in successfully deploying eCMMS across a global portfolio
- Consistent track record in successfully handling key partner relationships (both internal and external)
- Strong management, reporting and technical skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all levels of the organization including senior leaders
- Ability to adapt emerging trends and industry innovations
Preferred:
- Proven knowledge of the eCMMS enterprise platforms
- Successful deployment of eCMMS as part of A&D activity
- Demonstrates strong understanding of current eCMMS environments with clear vision on future roadmap to drive standardization and asset performance
