• Provide continuous support, assistance, and corrective/adaptive maintenance without significant interruptions throughout the contract period.
• Implement evolutive maintenance, including the development of new functions, improvement of existing functions, and support for enhancement packages according to release cycles.
• Deliver special-purpose support at critical moments, such as during year-end closing activities.
