Job description

Are you passionate about implementing CRM within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem? Join our team as a Business Analyst and contribute to the creation and implementation of innovative Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to tackle our clients' business challenges.Define test plans, scenarios, and test cases.Hold or be in the process of obtaining MB200, MB210, or MB220 certifications.Define test plans and monitor the implementation of features.Master project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, V-Model) and apply them effectively.Draft functional documentation and provide user training.Conduct workshops to gather and analyze client requirements and provide CRM implementation advice.Ensure alignment between client needs and the deployed CRM solution.Proficiency in communication in English French or Dutch.Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning to stay at the forefront of technological advancements and best practices in CRM.Team spirit and a willingness to share knowledge, supporting mutual

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365?, Do you have a Master's degree?, assistance and kindness within the team, Ability to work on large-scale projects for a diverse clientele.Holding or pursuing MB200, MB210, or MB220 certifications.Expertise in functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.Proficiency in key functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
