SAP Logistics Domain Lead (Brussels)

As a SAP Logistics Lead you are responsible for all the delivery activities within the SAP Logistics domain scope, including service levels and commitments compliancy.

You will be working within Application Management Service delivery in a distributed delivery model (incl. offshore) for your domain. You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality and planning of service-related deliverables.

As a subject matter expert, you maintain the relationships with the client and report to the Service Delivery Manager.

• Ensure engagement quality, adherence to service commitments, and completeness of deliverables.
• Responsible for estimating, planning, and timely delivery of activities (changes, incident resolutions, project tasks).
• Oversee service operations and processes, fostering innovation within the domain.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for domain-related information and queries on changes.
• Implement preventive and corrective actions to ensure service excellence; validate key deliverables and solution delivery.

• Strong expertise in SAP Logistics modules, with exposure to MM, SD, WM, EWM, HUM, QM, PP, PM considered advantageous.
• Proficient in ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills, recommended for effective problem resolution.
• Analyze and document system interface requirements between applications and SAP, integrating with third-party systems.
• Develop solution blueprints and write functional specifications based on business input; experienced in LSMW.
• General knowledge in SAP Web services, Interface, IXOS, ALE, EDI, IDOC, and Batch Jobs; SAP certification in relevant S/4HANA domains is beneficial and obtainable.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with professional proficiency in English
