Job description
As a Subject Matter Expert Infrastructure - Windows, you will be responsible for the design, evolution, deployment and operational excellence of the Windows Workplace ecosystem within a large-scale environment (20,000+ users).
Build side:
- Design, configure and evolve Windows 10/11 workstations, laptops and HVD images.
- Implement workplace automation through Intune, SCCM and PowerShell scripting.
- Contribute to the hardening, compliance and security of the Windows ecosystem (GPO, authentication, encryption…).
- Participate in workplace modernization projects (Autopilot, cloud integration, browser standardization…).
- Collaborate with Group IT teams and external providers to align on best practices and new workplace standards.
- Document architectures, deployment processes and configuration baselines.
Run side:
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting on Windows OS, GPO, authentication, browsers, network, and hardware issues.
- Support large-scale OS deployments and application packaging/distribution.
- Ensure continuous patching, vulnerability remediation and compliance enforcement.
- Deliver Level 3 support to service desk and field teams ("Le Comptoir").
- Manage incidents, problems and changes within an ITIL framework.
- Analyse recurrent issues and propose long-term remediation solutions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, You have at least 2+ years of experience in Windows system engineering or advanced workplace support in structured environments. You enjoy automating, securing and optimizing the digital workplace, and you are constantly innovating. You are looking for an environment where your technical decisions matter, and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

You have grown in large or complex environments, ideally in banking, insurance or corporate contexts. You have worked with Windows system administration, endpoint management, and collaborative tools. You are comfortable navigating Agile organizations, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering results.

- Windows 10/11 engineering & troubleshooting
- Active Directory, Azure AD, GPO, authentication principles
- Intune, Autopilot, SCCM / MECM
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Web browser configuration and policies (Edge, Firefox, IE mode)
- M365 ecosystem (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- ITIL processes in enterprise environments
