As an IT Operational Support Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality support for end-users and optimizing operational processes in our ecosystem.
Build side:
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for IT operational workflows
- Contribute to the development of guidelines, documentation, and procedures
- Collect, analyze, and report on operational data to identify trends and improvements
- Support IT projects and enhancements by providing operational insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and standards
Run side:
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure SLA compliance
- Validate invoices and manage escalations with external vendors
- Support stakeholders in understanding processes and IT service usage
- Ensure the quality and compliance of delivered IT products and services
- Provide day-to-day operational support, resolving issues proactively
- Maintain communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, You have at least 2 years of experience in enterprise IT support or operational roles. You enjoy analyzing operational data, improving processes, and providing high-quality service and are constantly looking for ways to optimize IT workflows. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where collaboration is key., * Microsoft 365 Suite: Excel (advanced: macros, pivot tables, data visualization), Word, PowerPoint
- IT tools: ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM tool), CMDB/asset management systems
- Understanding of enterprise IT processes and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
