Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at HB Antwerp, you will play a key role in turning data into insights that drive our strategic and operational decisions. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, design and deliver clear Power BI reports and dashboards, and ensure our data is accurate, accessible, and meaningful.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the full Power BI ecosystem, ensuring the integrity, performance, and scalability of all datasets, reports, dashboards, and workspaces serving multiple departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical requirements and actionable insights.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams- finance, manufacturing, and sales -to deliver accurate, data-driven solutions.
• Continuously improve data collection, reporting processes, and KPI frameworks across the organization.

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing, supply chain, or technology-driven environment.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices).
• Solid understanding of SQL and data management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
