Solution Architect

• Support the product clusters daily in defining architectures that are realizable by the different product teams.
• Help document the existing and future landscape in a consistent way in line with other architects (Business, Domain, and Solution Architects).
• Serve as an advisor to other architecture disciplines in assessing different architecture options.
• Adopt and analyze constraints, non-functional and functional requirements.
• Conduct appropriate decomposition within the specifics of the business capability resulting in relevant Solution Building Blocks using recommended Architectural styles and patterns.
• Serve as the key link aligning all relevant stakeholders in the Product Organization, the Architecture team, as well as the delivery team.
• Deliver Architecture Designs in accordance with standards and guidelines.
• Provide designs following experience in integration design, application architecture, and available tools.
• Follow governance structures for gating and decision-making in the design lifecycle.

The Solution Architect must have proven expertise in solution design to support business transformations and be able to create and execute an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve complex business objectives. We are looking for a landscape solution architect who can understand the business and challenge the technical lead., * At least 6 years of relevant experience in Solution Architecture with strong interaction with business and technical teams.

• Experience in different process streams to identify all cross-modules end-to-end processes.
• Ability to document and maintain architecture blueprints (Business, Application, Data) artefacts, flows, integration.
• Experience in evaluating specific business needs and building solutions to create, document, and integrate an organization's business, data, landscape, and requirements into a cohesive view.
• Experience dealing with Enterprise-Level Portal Strategy (B2B/B2C).
• Foundational knowledge of standards such as ArchiMate, TOGAF, ATAM, CBAM.
• Foundational knowledge of Architecture Modelling Languages such as Archimate; experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect is a plus.
• Familiarity with the principles of Domain Driven Design (DDD) and modern architectural paradigms such as microservices, event-driven, event streaming architectures.
• Understanding of Data Architecture concepts (data products, Data Integration Patterns, Data Storage and Access Patterns).

Should Have:

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure layer.
• Familiarity with security concepts (e.g., OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SSO+).
• Experience as a developer (.NET, Micro Frontend, Backend for Frontend, Blazor, JS/TS, Azure Cloud Platform, K8s).
• Foundational knowledge of RabbitMQ, Kafka, SAP (S/4 HANA, BTP, CPI, Event Mesh)., * Facilitator, able to influence, explain, and reach consensus. Acts as a bridge between business, platform, and product team, with good communication skills.
• Agile mindset; working experience in an agile environment on large projects is a plus.
• Team player, open to feedback from peers.
• Able to work autonomously and take initiative for engaging with people at all levels.
• Pragmatic approach, result-oriented., * Fluent in English. Supplier and procurement documentation and meetings with external parties will be in English. Knowledge of this language is mandatory.
• Collaboration with French, Dutch, and German-speaking team members. Knowledge of these languages, especially German, is an added value.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English and French or Dutch.
