Job description
We are looking to strengthen the team of IT solution architects with an experienced solution architect who can bring expertise in
-
functional / applicative architecture
-
stakeholder management (from guiding ideation to obtaining buy-in for his/her proposals)
The role is focused on the delivery of solution architectures for a portfolio of projects, but also include work on target architecture, reference documents and definition of standards patterns.
The exact topics in scope are discussed quarterly with the team's lead architect (QAP ceremony). However, the topics in scope is evolving around:
- Multichannel components (customer context management)
- Flexible authentication (e.g. between web and mobile channels; integration with the newly acquired bpost bank; cardless onboarding for corporate customers using mobile app)
- Middleware simplification
- Document management, archiving, functional logging
- Portal for employees' applications and integration with content management
- Migration of on-premise applications to a private cloud
Requirements
Do you have experience in Solution architecture?, Dutch Good working level in French or Dutch
French Good working level in Dutch or French
English Fluency is essential (both written and spoken)
Education:
IT background is essential.
Required experience / knowledge
At least 5 years as an IT architect
Technical experience:
Mandatory
- Solution architecture
- Experience with formal architecture framework and tools
Business experience:
Mandatory
- Experience in Banking or Insurance; otherwise experience in large / multinational organizations
Soft skills
