Tasks

• Advise clients on data center strategies and operations tailored to needs.
• Understand perspectives of investors, operators, and regulators to solve challenges.
• Lead projects and contribute to measurable success in diverse teams., * With your professional know-how and methodological knowledge, you advise our clients on the topic of datacenter. This includes strategic, operational, and evaluative activities. You tailor these specifically to the requirements from micro-datacenters to hyperscalers.
• You are familiar with the different perspectives (e.g., investors, datacenter operators, datacenter users, and regulatory authorities) and can grasp and work on the challenges of the various groups in a solution-oriented manner.
• Whether as a program manager, project manager, or expert in the team, you ensure our joint project success with your reliable contributions and measurable added value.
• You are interested in the latest developments of the datacenter ecosystem and actively help shape our service portfolio for it.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar; 3+ years in data center infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in data center operations, security, and monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is a plus., * You have a technical or university degree in engineering (electrical engineering, HVAC, IT infrastructure) or comparable.
• You bring at least three years of experience in the field of datacenter basic infrastructure / power / cooling / rack systems / cabling / security as well as monitoring and IT infrastructure operations - ideally also in consulting.
• You have solid, practical know-how in the construction and operation of datacenters.
• You think entrepreneurially, enjoy working in a team, and implement projects with a strong results orientation. You share our conviction that every infrastructure project is also a change project.
• You enjoy strengthening existing customer relationships, acquiring new customers, and actively expanding strategic partnerships.
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are a big plus.
