Tasks

• Develop and implement digitalization strategies for B2B and B2C.
• Manage complex release and migration projects, including stakeholder engagement.
• Introduce digital solutions while adhering to regulatory standards., * Development and implementation of transformation and digitalization strategies for product and service portfolios in B2B and B2C environments
• Management of complex release and migration projects including stakeholder management, reporting
• Successful introduction of digital solutions, including change management and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Planning and integration of cloud-based solutions as well as co-design of innovations and proof-of-concepts in the AI area
• Support in IT sourcing and advisory topics

• Degree in business, IT, engineering, or related fields required.
• Minimum 3 years in consulting, project management, or business analysis.
• Fluency in German and English (C1) is essential., * You have a completed degree in business, IT, engineering, or comparable.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in management consulting, project management, or as a business analyst.
• You have already worked practically on digitalization projects, cloud integrations as well as agile and DevOps-oriented projects
• You can express yourself confidently and understandably in German and English (at least C1).
• You enjoy taking responsibility in complex projects.
