Job description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst/Business Analyst with expertise in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing CLM and CRM applications, ensuring seamless integration with business processes, and contributing to transformation projects. A strong knowledge of Lotus Notes is a significant advantage, as the candidate will be expected to work on legacy systems while supporting the transition to modern platforms. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Legacy System Management: Supporting and maintaining existing systems, including Lotus Notes, while planning for future migrations or upgrades. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to align on requirements and deliverables. Data Integration: Ensuring seamless integration of CLM and CRM systems with other enterprise applications. Regulatory Compliance: Adapting systems and processes to meet evolving regulatory requirements in the financial services industry. Process Optimization: Identifying inefficiencies in current workflows and proposing improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Change Management: Supporting the organization in transitioning from legacy systems to modern platforms with minimal disruption.

Main responsibilities System Analysis and Support: Analyze and document existing CLM and CRM workflows, identifying areas for improvement. Provide technical support for Lotus Notes applications, ensuring system stability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CLM and CRM systems. System Enhancements and Development: Work on the development and customization of CLM and CRM systems to meet business requirements. Support the migration of legacy systems, including Lotus Notes, to modern platforms. Ensure that all enhancements align with the organization's IT architecture and standards. Testing and Quality Assurance: Define and document test plans and scenarios in collaboration with business and IT teams. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that system changes meet business requirements. Collaboration and Coordination: Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, provide updates, and resolve issues. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate CLM and CRM processes. Propose and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience.

Your Profile Lotus Note CRM/CLM Experience with modern CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques. Familiarity with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, VBA).
