Job description
- Resolution of production incidents throughout the incident management process.
- Contribute as subject matter expert to: prioritization, investigation and root cause analysis.
- Maintain excellent relationships and communication with stakeholders, other IT teams, and business areas.
- Participation to elaboration of disaster recovery plans/documentation for applications and to execution of Disaster Recovery Tests.
- The candidate might be required to work early/late shifts include special presence for day-off, and periodically work on a on call support basis.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, + 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar IT support role, ideally as a Level 2 support technician or analyst
- Previous experience in a banking or financial environment is a significant advantage
- Technical Skills :
- Developper / technical background is an advantage
- SQL skills
- Ticketing tools (Titan, JIRA)
- Languages : French, English
