Requirements

3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or IT Requirements Engineer in the financial sector, Experience working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management, Experience in compliance and/or a working knowledge of SWIFT, payments processing systems and/or reference data considered a big plus, Experience of the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, writing specifications / business requirement documents, defining data interfaces, supporting development / test teams to understand the requirements and support User Acceptance Testing, Understanding of the ETL process and its application to business data including data specifications and mapping data from source to target systems, Experience in analyzing data, drawing conclusions and presenting to stakeholders including highlighting data outliers and inconsistencies and proposing solutions to remediate these problems, You are a self-motivated problem solver with an outgoing personality and have the desire to balance priorities and tasks in a hectic environment, ready to handle fast paced and sophisticated project delivery, Hardworking, analytical and outgoing, with a desire to learn and use new technologies, Strong delivery-oriented approach with an emphasis on quality, Open, transparent communication style.
