Job description
As Senior Director, Head HRIS for Capsules & Health Ingredients (CHI), you will define and deliver the global HRIS strategy across CHI. You will lead a team managing core HR applications, including Workday and Kronos, and partner closely with senior leaders from CHI HR and IT to enable efficient, scalable HR processes.

What you will do:

Define and implement the HRIS strategy for CHI across global and local systems.

Manage core HR applications, including Workday and Kronos, ensuring consistent and reliable system performance.

Manage vendor relationships with AMS partners and coordinate key system activities.

Partner with HR, IT and project managers to ensure effective delivery of HR technology initiatives.

Act as the point of escalation for HRIS-related issues across CHI.

Lead and develop the HRIS team supporting Tier 1 queries, system updates, UAT and issue resolution

Provide HRIS training, updates and solutions to HR user groups and HR Services teams.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 15+ years of HR systems experience, including at least three years leading HRIS globally.

Strong ability to translate business needs into HRIS solutions that scale across regions.

Skilled in stakeholder engagement, consulting and relationship management across matrix environments.

Strong project management capabilities with experience leading complex, multi-system initiatives.

Advanced analytical, reporting and presentation skills, including Excel expertise.

Comfortable working through ambiguity with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Master's degree preferred; fluent in English.
