Job description
In this role, you will be part of a team that monitors production 24/7, manages incidents, conducts investigations, and quickly resolves emerging technical issues., * Respond to monitoring system alerts
- Investigate and resolve technical issues (analyzing logs, assessing network and server status, making API requests), including those escalated from first-line support
- Manage incidents-set priorities, escalate to specialized departments, ensure resolution, and analyze consequences
- Maintain documentation
- Work in shifts (morning, day, night)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scripting?, You have:
- Knowledge of network diagnostic tools (ping, traceroute, telnet, etc.)
- Understanding of HTTP(S), REST, JSON, and web technologies
Highly preferred:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Kibana, Grafana, and Zabbix
- Experience with tracking systems like Jira
- Experience with code repositories like GitLab
Will be a plus:
- Scripting experience
- Basic knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ability to write simple queries, * Intelligent, scholarly and intellectually curious
- Confident and supports perspectives with logical arguments
- Great analytical skills and structured thinking
