Job description
The IT Support Technician will provide end-user IT support, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network services. The role includes ticket management, hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, user onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining high customer service standards., Provide onsite and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and mobile devices.
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows, MS Office, M365, and company applications.
Perform basic network troubleshooting and VOIP/telephony support.
Manage users and groups in Active Directory.
Assist with IT equipment procurement and vendor coordination.
Document issues and solutions in the knowledge base.
Ensure compliance with IT security and processes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Desktop support?, 2-4 years of hands-on IT support experience.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office/M365, and basic networking.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
