Software Engineer (80-100%)

• Develop and maintain applications using High-Level Assembler on IBM Mainframe systems
• Work with JCL, DB2, and REXX for job control, database access, and scripting
• Use GIT for version control and IDz (IBM Developer for z Systems) as your main IDE
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and high performance
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation

We are looking for a Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in High-Level Assembler and z/OS mainframe technologies. In this role, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, on-call support, and optimization of mission-critical systems in a dynamic and collaborative environment., * Several years of experience with IBM High-Level Assembler and Macro programming

• Solid understanding of z/OS architecture and mainframe programming; Linux knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in COBOL, C, JCL, DB2, REXX, GIT, and IDz; Java is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and ability to implement solutions independently in complex environments
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a strong plus
