System Engineer for Geneva with proficiency in both French and English (22132)

• Administer and maintain the firm's IT systems (Windows and Linux servers, virtualization solutions, storage solutions).
• Administer and maintain all network equipment (LAN, WAN, etc.).
• Provide level 3 support for all systems and train IT support teams.
• Monitor infrastructure elements related to backups.
• Participate in and manage projects related to migrations to new technologies.
• Maintain and develop the configuration of network and telecommunications equipment.
• Optimize the performance and availability of Microsoft environments.
• Write the documentation and procedures necessary for system operation.

On behalf of a client based in Geneva, we are seeking a System Engineer with native-level proficiency in French and very good knowledge of English., This is a full-time position (100%), with approximately 20% remote work flexibility.

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar position (excluding internships and training).
• Proficiency in Microsoft On Premises and Cloud environments and products (Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL databases.
• Excellent knowledge of VMware and Citrix environments.
• Excellent knowledge of Powershell scripting for automation.
• Very good knowledge of storage and backup solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Intune.
• French C2, Englisch C1
• University degree in computer science or equivalent.
