Your tasks

• Collaboration in client engineering, implementation, and management of client infrastructures
• Ensuring efficient workflows in the area of client engineering
• Support in change, problem, and incident management
• Participation in technical support (2nd/3rd level) for user inquiries
• Opportunity to contribute expertise and work on challenging tasks in client engineering
• Operation and further development of software distribution and packaging
• Willingness to be on call

• Independent, conscientious, and precise working style
• Quick comprehension and good technical understanding
• Joy and interest in new technologies
• Openness, communication skills, strong teamwork skills, and high customer orientation
• ITIL certification is an advantage
• Experience in client engineering and SCCM software packaging
• Microsoft Windows 10/11 certification
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft client environment and Microsoft Group Policies
• Driver's license category B
