Job description

As the People Readiness Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting our transformation by supporting the development of a comprehensive and effective change management approach in countries in the process of implementing SAP 4/Hana. You will work as part of our Global Release team with a key focus on supporting country change leads and local stakeholders to understand and implement the global mandatory training approach and the local learning approach.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support with identifying scope of local learning (analysing local Change Impact Assessment and comparing to local Training Needs Assessment
  • Support with building and execution of local learning plans (integrated into overall OCM plan for the country) for countries on an 'as needed basis across all 3 regions, with varying intensity depending on where they are in their deployment lifecycle
  • Steers local change colleagues on local learning requirements
  • Support with analysis and stakeholder engagement of Training Needs Analysis,
  • Support with any scheduling, TTT etc. for both mandatory and local learning
  • Point of contact for countries for any queries (questions or concerns) across mandatory training or local learning
  • Quality assurance of local learning materials to drive expected outcomes and ensure consistency across regions
  • Promotes best practice through sharing lessons learning and promoting reuse of locally tailored materials from previous releases where appropriate
  • Collaborates with Global Release team, Global training team, and adopt team members

Requirements

You should have extensive experience in organizational change management learning related to large scale, multi-site ERP solutions like SAP.

Graduate or postgraduate degree in behavioural or educational sciences desirable; 5+ years' experience driving organizational change projects in a global, cross functional environment; Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry; Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as solid presentation skills; Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; A highly organized, energetic, and creative professional; Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others; Ability to influence others (Sr. leadership) and move toward a common vision or goal
