Job description

This is your chance to step into a pivotal role shaping the digital backbone of one of the most complex operational environments in aviation. Our client is advancing a large-scale transformation programme to modernise and future-proof their Enterprise Architecture , with a specific focus on the Airport Operational Database (AODB), the beating heart of airport operations. You'll join a high-performing cross-functional team at the centre of this transformation, ensuring seamless integration between existing and next-generation systems., * Drive the transition from legacy systems to the target-state AODB architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and operational continuity.

  • Work closely with project teams, architects, and stakeholders to align technical delivery with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate architecture workshops, stakeholder meetings , and design sessions to steer technical alignment and buy-in.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex architecture concepts into actionable solutions.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Communication skills?, * 5+ years of proven experience as an Enterprise Architect , ideally within complex or regulated environments.

  • TOGAF certification (multiple or advanced levels are highly regarded).
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and system transformation methodologies .
  • Experience in aviation, transport, or other mission-critical industries is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills in German (must-have), with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and pragmatic execution.
