Job description

  • Agile and Scum Master experience to implement a operating model transformation project within CP R&D IT
  • Follows broad frameworks to support the indirect function processes and programs. Provides support to internal colleagues that may require prior experience or knowledge. Entry: Follows defined frameworks to support the operations of the indirect functions. Provides support to internal colleagues
  • Facilitating all Scrum processes (events, artifacts and commitments)
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and management
  • Removing obstacles and roadblocks that hinder the team's progress
  • Coaching and mentoring the Scrum team on Agile principles, practices, and continuous improvement
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, self-organization, and accountability within the team
  • Monitoring and Reporting with the help of dedicated platform

Requirements

  • Advanced background in Business Administration, Reporting, Visualization, and Communication
  • Experience in applying Agile frameworks in large organization
  • Ability to plan, track, and manage projects effectively
  • Familiarity with the technical domain in which the projects are being executed
  • Excellent communication/storytelling skills to effectively communicate in all directions
  • Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements
  • Capacity to propose engaging data Visualization and dashboards
  • Professional Scrum Master Education
  • University degree preferred
