Job description

Join the Migros Online IT Service Desk team as a Modern Workplace Specialist! Ensure reliable and efficient IT support, resolve technical challenges, and manage IT equipment across our fulfillment centres in the Swiss German part. Collaborate with a dynamic team in a modern, cloud-based environment, contributing your expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure the best possible user experience., You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring a seamless user experience. Main task

Take ownership of incident resolution and service requests via Jira, adhering to defined SLAs. Main task

Collaborate with teams to manage IT equipment deployments and maintain an up-to-date inventory. Secondary tasks

You will actively contribute to maintaining and updating technical documentation and procedures. Secondary tasks

Troubleshoot and configure basic network components and printing solutions. Secondary tasks

Participate in project tasks and provide support for project management activities, helping deliver impactful IT solutions.

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS?, Solid knowledge of Windows 11, MacOS, and Cloud solutions (Office 365, Azure, Intune). Mandatory

Proficiency in ITSM tools like Jira. Desired

Basic skills in network troubleshooting and configuration. Mandatory

A clean, valid Category B driving license. Mandatory

A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
