Job description

  • Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management solutions.
  • Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for absence policies, accrual rules, eligibility, legislative compliance, and integrations.
  • Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable, best-practice system designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Integrations, etc.) to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
  • Provide guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
  • Troubleshoot issues and support enhancement requests during project cycles.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with deep expertise in Absence Management to support ongoing and upcoming implementation and optimization projects. This contract role requires a senior-level professional capable of leading workstreams, advising clients, and delivering high-quality solutions with minimal oversight., * 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM applications, with a strong concentration in Oracle Cloud Absence Management.

  • Lead role on at least 3 full-cycle Absence Management implementations in Oracle Cloud.
  • Proven ability to manage client expectations and drive deliverables independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into system solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to Europe on a sporadic basis as required.
