Junior Transformation Consultant at Master Level (40 - 80%) - Bern/Zurich

Your tasks

From the start, you will work on client projects and quickly acquire the core competencies of a Junior Transformation Consultant. You will take on different roles, analyze IT-supported processes, and learn to purposefully contribute your ideas and knowledge. You will be given increasing responsibility - from supporting projects to independently managing consulting mandates in the ICT area.

You can expect diverse activities such as planning and conducting workshops, collecting and analyzing requirements, processes, and data flows. In addition, you will develop digitization strategies and accompany clients throughout the entire change process. You ensure that the relevant stakeholders are transparently informed about the planned changes and acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully implement the changes.

Based on your interests, you have the opportunity to specialize in one or more IT-related areas: Business Analysis / Requirements Engineering, IT Project Management, Process Engineering, Data Analytics / Business Intelligence, Innovation & Strategy.

You are already in the penultimate or final semester of your master's degree and have a bachelor's degree in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable education with an IT or technology-oriented focus.

You have a strong affinity for technology and a passion for engaging deeply with digitization and the underlying ICT topics.

You find it particularly easy to work with people and are characterized by a pronounced flair for team-oriented and customer-focused collaboration.

You have already gained practical work experience in a relevant field, preferably in the ICT industry.
