- Processing technical enquiries and creating solutions in the role of first-level technical customer support, as well as dealing with customer complaints
- Work in a global 24/7/365 operation (early and late shifts, as well as weekends and holidays)
- Coordinate technical investigations with Pilatus engineering departments and assist with changes to existing and new technical documentation
- Identify product improvements and initiate potential modifications, working in projects
- Willingness to travel to customers and service centers to resolve complex issues or give hands-on training for new systems if necessary, * A committed, international team and unique projects

Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP?, * Several years of experience in aircraft maintenance in either Mechanical Systems and Structural Design or Avionics and Electrical Systems, preferably for the PC-12 or PC-24
- EASA B1/B2 and/or FAA A&P license or equivalent level of training (e.g. military aviation maintenance qualified) is required
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools, SAP and Troubleshooting tools i.e. Spotlight is an advantage
- Very good written and verbal skills in English, German is an advantage
- High level of responsibility and structured approach
- Good team player and customer-oriented personality
