About the company
At CustomSurg AG, we're reimagining how surgeons plan and perform complex operations. Our mission is simple but bold: to make personalized surgery the new standard of care.
We combine advanced imaging, AI-powered surgical planning, and computational modeling to deliver precision tools that empower surgeons and transform patient outcomes. Backed by strong clinical collaborations around the globe and a rapidly growing customer base, we're scaling our technology globally - and we're just getting started.
We're looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who's ready to take the lead in building and scaling a platform that changes lives. You'll be responsible for a team of 6 R&D engineers and data scientists and take ownership of our technology vision - from architecture and infrastructure to product innovation and regulatory integration.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a builder, innovator, and leader who wants to shape the future of personalized surgery. You have successfully built complex, scalable software-as-a-medical device solutions before and are equally comfortable working on the code base yourself as you are presenting key aspects of our technology strategy to the board of directors.
