Job description
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong CRM experience and a solid banking background., * Gather, analyze, and document client requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for development teams.
- Support and assist IT teams in Geneva throughout various project phases.
- Ensure seamless integration of new solutions within the bank's existing systems.
- Conduct and coordinate FATs/integration tests to validate system alignment.
- Collaborate with end users to coordinate and support testing phases.
- Provide Level 3 support for production incidents and help identify long-term solutions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in XML?, Eligibility: Only EU/Swiss Nationals or Valid B/C Permit Holders will be considered., The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CRM implementation and integration within wealth management or investment environments. This role requires both technical acumen and business understanding, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a dynamic environment., * Minimum: 7+ years as a Business Analyst in the banking sector/domain
- Recent and strong expertise in CRM Implementation and CRM Integration (mandatory)
- Proven wealth management and investment product knowledge, * Minimum 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst in banking/wealth management.
- Proven CRM implementation and integration expertise (recent experience required).
- Excellent understanding of wealth management, investment strategies, and financial products.
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with database querying tools.
- Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
- Familiar with APIs and tools such as Postman, Swagger, JSON, and XML.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to perform under pressure.
- Demonstrated autonomy in analyzing data across systems.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification (University, HES, EPF, or Federal Diploma).
