Tasks
- Further develop our fleet monitoring tool and processes.
- Be the expert contact for project teams and onboarding.
- Analyze processes and create effectiveness models for optimization., * Onboarding cross-location projects into the fleet monitoring tool
- Prioritization, planning, and implementation of project-specific requirements in the fleet monitoring process
- Establishing and maintaining KPI standards for cross-project comparability
- Standardizing export and report layouts (e.g., PDF/DOCX) and providing consistent templates
- Further development of data model and interfaces (SQL/NoSQL) - including stable database connections
- Analysis and optimization of the entire process from problem reporting to effectiveness verification
- Developing effectiveness and prediction models (e.g., closed-loop effects, forecasts for measures)
- Creating and maintaining training materials and conducting internal training sessions on the fleet monitoring tool
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science or related fields.
- Strong BI understanding and solid database knowledge required.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English essential., * Completed university degree (FH/Uni) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Solid BI understanding, solid database knowledge, and understanding of interfaces as well as programming skills are an advantage
- Strong communication and moderation skills
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 10%)
