In this role as part of the IT you will partner with Business Stakeholders from Sales, Sales Delivery, Marketing, and Architects to design, optimize, and implement CRM-driven processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Your focus will be on lead-, account- and opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and account planning-ensuring that the global sales organization operates efficiently and data-driven., * Capture, analyze, and document business requirements related to sales, marketing and customer master data processes, including lead management, opportunity handling, forecasting, and account planning.
- Advise stakeholders on CRM best practices, process optimization, and effective usage of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales features.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for solution design and implementation teams.
- Develop and execute test cases, user acceptance criteria, and validation scenarios to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Support the implementation, rollout, and adoption of optimized CRM and sales workflows across global regions.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance pipeline transparency, improve forecast accuracy, and drive user adoption of CRM tools.
- Provide input to training, communication, and change management activities to ensure business alignment and successful adoption.
- Maintain clear documentation of requirements, workflows, and test results following corporate governance standards.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in business consulting, sales operations, or CRM implementation-preferably within global organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (or comparable CRM systems).
- Deep understanding of sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, opportunity lifecycle, and account planning.
- Experience with requirements management, process design, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Analytical and structured thinker with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in international, cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage.
