Job description
We're looking for a highly skilled WordPress full-stack developer who will own the technical development, Analtyics, continuous improvement, and management of parcelLab's corporate website - both frontend and backend.
The site is a central pillar of our inbound marketing strategy and will be continuously expanded with new PLG features, interactive tools, and personalized experiences. You will take full ownership of building, optimizing, and maintaining our WordPress site while ensuring it delivers a high-performance, buyer-led experience.
This role sits in the Marketing team, but requires a deep technical skill set and the ability to translate growth ideas into code. You'll work closely with content and Sales department, and will be the go-to expert for all things web, tracking and CRO.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Development & Management (Core Focus)
- Develop, customize, and maintain our WordPress site (both frontend & backend)
- Implement new features, page templates, and interactive tools (ROI calcualter, interactive demo)
- Optimize for Core Web Vitals, site speed, and mobile responsiveness
- Manage hosting (Kinsta), staging environment, backups, and security updates
- Maintain and extend integrations (HubSpot, GA4, Amplitude, ABM tools)
- Ensure website scalability and stability as we roll out new campaigns and tools
- Conversion Optimization & Analytics
- Implement and maintain tracking setup (GA4, GTM, reverse IP lookup tools)
- Identify user journeys and optimize traffic in order to improve the user journeys
- Run and implement A/B and multivariate tests in collaboration with marketing
- Monitor and improve conversion rates through UX and performance improvements
- Use heatmaps, behavioral analytics, and funnel tracking to identify optimizations
- Technical SEO
- Own technical SEO (schema markup, crawlability, hreflang, site structure)
- Conduct regular audits and implement improvements with the content team
- Collaborate with SEO agencies for specialized tasks (e.g., link building), * You'll join a passionate and collaborative global sales team with plenty of room to grow

Requirements
Do you have experience in WordPress?, * AI-First mindset: You use AI to accelerate development and optimization.
- Proven experience as a WordPress developer with strong PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills
- Experience with custom theme and plugin development
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and responsive design
- Comfortable working on backend configurations and database management in WordPress
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, CRO tools, and SEO principles
- Ability to work independently and translate marketing requirements into technical solutions
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with ABM personalization tools (Clay, Influ2, Demandbase)
- Experience in B2B SaaS or ecommerce environments
